Privacy notice

This notice covers the agenti.fyi website and its waiting list. Last updated 24 October 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list we store:

• Your email address.
• Which form you used on the page, so we know what's working.
• Your country, worked out from your connection, so we can tell you when we launch where you are.
• The date and time you joined.

We don't store your IP address. The only cookies on this site are for Google Analytics, described below.

Why we use it

Only to email you about agenti.fyi's launch, such as when early access opens. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the list. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

Who processes it

The site and the waiting list run on Cloudflare, which stores the list for us. To keep out automated signups, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at signals from your browser to check you're a person. Cloudflare explains this in its Turnstile privacy addendum. Turnstile loads only once you start using a form.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find and use this site: which pages you view, the site that sent you, your device and browser, and roughly where you are (worked out from your connection; Google doesn't store your IP address). It sets cookies called _ga and _ga_WN5J7KCTFW to recognise a returning browser. They last up to two years.

Outside the US, Google Analytics only loads if you choose Allow when we ask, so we rely on your consent. In the US it loads straight away. Either way you can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, and saying no removes the cookies.

Google processes this data for us and may handle it in the US. Google Analytics keeps it for up to 14 months. We've turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, so it isn't used for advertising. Google explains more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after early access opens, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email privacy@agenti.fyi and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
